About the Event
Sculpt the moon, then switch it on. The Beaver Moon, the last full moon of autumn, is full on Tuesday 24 November. We're celebrating the Saturday before by sculpting one of our own, with a film playing in the background.
What you'll make
A 30 cm moon art lamp. With high-density texture paste you sculpt craters and plains onto a wooden canvas with an integrated LED halo, then finish it with lunar pigments. When the lights go down, it glows.
How the evening goes
18:30: welcome drink and a look at the finished lamps.
