The Motif Description
This is the meditative one. A single figure on a paddleboard, a mountain silhouette across the bay, and a sky going from orange to lavender to teal. Loose brushwork on the water, soft horizontal blends in the sky — the kind of painting that looks harder than it is.
We start with the sky, layer the water with long calm horizontal strokes, add the mountain silhouette, and bring in the paddleboarder last. Quiet, focused, surprisingly satisfying. All materials included: 30×40 canvas, acrylic paints, brushes, palette, apron. One welcome Prosecco to start. Two hours, English-language workshop. No experience needed.
