The Wellness Studio: Sound Bath & Clay

The Concept

Step into a slow afternoon of grounding vibration and tactile creation. Our new mini-retreat pairs a soothing Sound Bath with a hands-on clay session — two forms of grounding that work in totally different ways, both leaving you calmer than you arrived.

Designed as a 2.5-hour session at ARTparty Space in Amsterdam, this experience is all about coming back to yourself. We'll start on the mats with a Grounding SoundBath led by our practitioner July, then transition to the tables for a guided clay workshop where you'll shape and colour your own piece using earth-toned pigments. No experience needed — just your ears, your hands, and a willingness to slow down.
